JJ: Jerry, or JJ, as he likes to be called was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoblastic lymphoma March 2010 after an accident in Kindergarten led to the discovery of cancer in his knee. JJ received two years of chemotherapy at Duke Children's Hospital. Read more...
Jack: Jack is an autistic child who attends day school at OASIS NC. Children with autism spectrum disorder are provided with education and social interaction at OASIS (Outstanding Autism Support and Instructional Services). Read more...
Alan: Alan is an autistic child who regularly attends a summer camp affiliated with his church. Though the camp is not specifically for autistic children, Alan has a wonderful experience every year. This summer, it appeared difficult for Alan to attend camp. Read more...
