Heidi Preddy - Director of Outreach and Advocacy
​Heidi’s heart for helping children and people in need make her an essential part of GSD4Kids.  Her roles include raising funds and assisting in providing dream come true experiences for those children and their families. Heidi is employed with 3D Communications as part of its KOLLEAD Database Intelligence Team.  Heidi’s passion for helping others pulled her towards non-profit work in 2010 when she and her best friend wanted to start a charity to help at risk youth and children in need.  Heidi’s dedication to GSD4Kids and her desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others bring those dreams to life every day.  
Catherine Carlisle Leonard - Director of Media Relations
​Cat uses her interests in social media to help promote the services and volunteer opportunities of GSD4Kids. As a mother and former teacher, Cat has a deep passion to help children and their families enjoy even the small moments in life. Cat uses her excellent organizational and people skills to manage multi-faceted projects and explore growth opportunities. She is currently employed with 3D Communications as a Communications Lead and is also involved in various other nonprofit community service programs, such as Habitat for Humanity and Big Brother Big Sister. 
Karen Johnson - Director of Data Management and Web Strategies
​Karen is an integral part of our organization’s administrative team.  Her behind-the-scenes support duties include managing the configuration and maintenance of both GSD4Kids’ Salesforce database and website. Her fundamental role and efforts make a positive impact on the lives of the children we touch. Karen is currently employed with SolarWinds as a Salesforce System Administrator.  
Jack Villott - Creative Director
​Jack’s extensive design and digital media experience allow him to fully support our website and fundraising events thru photo, video, and graphic assistance.  His giving spirit makes a huge difference in the lives of children and families we reach.  Jack’s reward comes in seeing a happy face, hearing a joyful story, and seeing hope in these children and parent’s eyes.  Jack is currently employed with 3D Communications where his extensive knowledge allows the company to offer its clients a variety of video and online training tools for both internal and external use.
