Cindy DiBiasi - Vice President
Partner at 3D Communications - Cindy has built a reputation as a leading health care communications consultant, working with top executives at some of the world’s largest companies. Cindy has guided clients through numerous FDA meetings and advisory committee hearings in a variety of indications. Her consulting, writing, and coaching work with large pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech firms also includes preparing clients for high-stakes public presentations, quarterly earnings calls, and media interviews. |
Jim Kelley - Secretary
Partner at 3D Communications - Jim helps clients prepare for successful FDA advisory committee meetings through a combination of strategic, tactical, and technical expertise. Jim draws from more than 20 years of experience in the FDA-regulated areas of commercial operations, clinical development, and communications. Before joining 3D, Jim held leadership positions at GlaxoWellcome, Pharmedica Communications, Presentation Strategies / RPM, and CISYS LifeSciences. |
Ryan Nemitz, CPA - Treasurer
Partner at Mitchell & Nemitz, PA - Ryan graduated from Appalachian State University in 1994 with a BS in Accounting. Ryan has been in public accounting since 1995 and received his CPA designation in 1997 (NC Certificate #25127). His concentration of services includes tax preparation and planning, Quickbooks consulting, Estate tax preparation and planning and audits of for-profit and not-for-profit companies. |

Jim has crafted and delivered hundreds of presentations and served as a legislative lobbyist and media spokesperson for Fortune 200 companies. |
Jim Saunders
President of CISYS LifeSciences - Jim has been a founding member of pharmaceutical service, clinical research, and health care companies, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the clinical research field. He has guided start-ups and Fortune 100 companies in all phases of clinical studies, directing the design and implementation of data collection technology systems, as well as implementing Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) and large Post-Market Safety Studies. |
Steven MacNeilage
Steve brings valuable insight to our organization as the father of a child who was diagnosed with cancer at a young age. He allows us to understand the struggles children go through with the most difficult challenges life can present. Steve also adds first hand knowledge of how life changes for everyone when a family member is not well. Steve assists with referrals and planning of trips and activities. |
John Fuscoe
John is a practicing attorney in Raleigh and has served on several community Boards. He concentrates his practice in intellectual property, strategic partnerships, venture capital financings, and the representation of technology-based and early-stage businesses. After working for two years as a management consultant, John was employed by IBM for ten years. John received a B.S., with distinction, from the University of Virginia, an M.B.A. from the Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business. He received a J.D. from Duke University School of Law. |
Rachael Roehrig, PhD
Rachael uses her extensive scientific and regulatory experience to prepare clients for successful regulatory interactions and FDA advisory committee meetings. Rachael was previously the director of technical & scientific affairs at CHPA as well as its liaison to the FDA. She is currently Chair of the Steering Committee and member of the Board for the Product Quality Research Institute. Rachael received her doctorate in chemistry from The Johns Hopkins University. |
